## FAQ

### What happens after I pay?
Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments. The moment your payment succeeds, your license key lands in your email. Open GymDesk, tap Enter key, paste it - you are in. The whole thing takes about a minute.

### How many devices can I use it on?
Each key activates up to 3 devices: your phone, the front-desk tablet and one more. You can deactivate a device any time from Settings to free up its slot.

### Does GymDesk need internet?
Activate your key online, then open the app once to save it for offline use. Check-ins, payments, plans and reports work offline for up to 7 days after the last successful license check. Reconnect to renew that window; your data stays on your device.

### Where is my member data stored?
On your device, and nowhere else. There is no GymDesk server holding your member list. Export a full backup (JSON) or CSV reports any time from Settings and Reports.

### What if I change phones?
Export a backup on the old phone, import it on the new one, and activate your key there. Your whole gym - members, payments, history - comes across exactly as it was.

### Is it right for personal trainers?
Yes. Trainers use GymDesk to track clients, fees and workout plans the same way gyms track members. Set up your plans, add clients, and the renewal reminders work the same.

### Who do I talk to if something goes wrong?
